<p>A profitable online marketing strategy incorporates elements of a system supporting the ultimate goal. The ultimate goal gets broken down into small manageable parts and when every small target is hit, we celebrate the small wins. Without celebrating the small wins in your business, you risk going absolutely insane in the membrane.</p>
<p>Before we even get to celebrating the small wins in support of the big goal, we need one thing first&#8230;</p>
<p>&#8230; it is the ONE thing that will make or break you in both the short term and the long term.</p>
<p>MOMENTUM ==&gt; Foundation ==&gt; Consistent Action</p>
<p>(sure that is three parts, the first one being the biggest key)</p>
<p>now, before you run away screaming &#8220;I Know This!&#8221; and fall right back into habits screwing you right back into comfortable mediocrity, stay tuned for a bit.</p>
<p>people frequently fail to change because we require a ton of momentum, and A REASON to change. usually, it takes until the point where we become so uncomfortable with the way things are, we are all but forced to change.</p>
<p>now, no this is not about changing nor a self-help rah rah.</p>
<p>in the beginning of anything, you must build a solid foundation built on fundamentals of what works in the area you are pursuing.</p>
<p>once you have the foundation built, it takes DAILY CONSISTENT ACTION to continue building the momentum enough to continue traveling towards your goal.</p>
<p>where am I going with this?</p>
<p>too often, people think the &#8220;woo-woo&#8221; stuff doesn&#8217;t work when they do not:</p>
<p>1. get results fast enough to their liking (unmanaged expecations)<br />
2. take it out of context</p>
<p>Try This:</p>
<p>1. why are you doing what you do? (SPECIFICALLY)<br />
2. who does what you&#8217;re doing the best? (Who&#8217;s the best in the biz)<br />
3. how can you use the system from the higher performing person in the context of your own situation?<br />
4. who is responsible for YOUR results?<br />
5. what small things can you do and then celebrate every day to take you towards your big goal?<br />
6. if not now, when will you follow this system?</p>
<p>I have used those six honest men to get from where I am to where I want to be on more then one occasion.</p>
<p><strong>STOP THINKING, AND JUST FRICKIN DO IT</strong><em></em></p>
<p>and that, my friend, is how you work towards a consistently profitable online marketing strategy.</p>

congruent with who you is will naturally find<br />
you and end up buying your products and<br />
services as you ADD VALUE to them whilst<br />
building a RELATIONSHIP.</p>
<p>if you are broke and unfulfilled at the moment,<br />
remember nobody cares about you until you<br />
share how much you care.</p>

<p><strong><em>How I feel about the IMRemarkable journey:</em></strong></p>
<p>At first I was overwhelmed and didn&#8217;t really know where to start so I looked at what other people were doing in the challenge. A gigantic cartoon like question mark floating overhead was what was up then. I thought</p>
<p>&#8220;well I could not do anything and keep hitting a brick wall with my progress, or&#8230;</p>
<p>&#8220;I can figure out what it&#8217;s going to take to move forward no matter what and take massive action&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8230; I chose the latter of the two:</p>
<p>Taking massive action.</p>
<p>I finally saw a coherent process to everything involved after learning that the IMRemarkable team set up a sample blog we could all follow along with.</p>
<p>While I didn&#8217;t make a bagillion dollars overnight or even in the week or so of the competition, I&#8217;m happy with my progress because I did SOMETHING, rather than sitting around doing nothing because I wasn&#8217;t 100% sure what to do.</p>
<p>Did I fail?</p>
<p>You betcha</p>
<p>Did it feel good to fail?</p>
<p>Yes it did because now I can continue to test, track, measure, and tweak my way to even better results going forward as a direct result of having gone through the IMRemarkable competition.</p>

<p>Thank you Howie and team for kicking my butt into gear onto building a business, leaving the hobbyist opportunity mindset behind.</p>

Three days and about 10 hours left in the competition. 11. Submitted Squidoo Lens to FeedAgg<br />
12. FeedAgg link indexed in google, squidoo lens not yet<br />
13. Submitted press release story to stop smoking group in Friend Feed<br />

15. Uploaded video to HMJ blog about progress<br />

<p>Still no results with indexing of Squidoo Lens or the Blogger Blog. What&#8217;s weird is the FeedAgg and Press Release submission containing links to the lens and blog respectively were indexed though.</p>

<p>Learning a lot finally putting this knowledge into action, proving keeping the knowledge locked away in your head does you absolutely no good. Putting what you know into action and getting results, which give you feedback to let you know whether or not what you&#8217;re doing is working is the only way you&#8217;re going to get anywhere.</p>
<p>I will tell you more about the personal marketing journey I have been on in a video coming later this evening.</p>
